This endangered bird is the largest in North America and has a wingspan that stretches over nine feet. Despite its large size, it has weak talons and cannot carry anything while in flight. Condors are carrion eaters; they never attack or kill living animals. At one time, the only living condors were in zoos. Today, breeding programs have tried to introduce this magnificent bird back into the wild. This is a Special Edition Audubon Bird. Measures 16" x 8".
